Abstract:

China Pakistan Economic Corridor is treated as the game changer in South Asian region, and it is because of Pakistan China long lasting friendship of 65 years. Also, this relationship has ripped many economic benefits as well, that the trade volume between two countries has reached to $100 billion from $5.7 billion. This also leads to trade expansion which created a need for an economic corridor in South Asian region. China under the flagship of OBOR (One Belt One Road) has invested $46 billion for Economic Corridor in Pakistan; known as China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC). This huge investment has led to creation of many investment opportunities and has attracted global giants to invest in Pakistan. Both direct and indirect investment in Pakistan. Under CPEC will lead to create 2.32 million direct and indirect jobs in Pakistan (APP, 2015).
