Abstract:
Human Resource Information Systems are becoming a crucial part of the company. Not only gathering and processing data, but also their prediction is a significant value of the newly adopted technologies. Higher performance and processing power allows the companies to use analytical models that can foresee their future HR needs, especially in Talent Management area. All-in-one applications offer tailored solutions for each company. Benefits of cloud solutions described in the article suggest that cloud will become the main method of hosting the company HR Information Systems in the coming future.
