Human resource management and the Factors Accelerating the Transition to Human Resources Management

Abstract:

This paper mainly investigate the historical evolution of human resource management (HRM). In our modern society all organization focused to their own human recourses to perform internally and externally human resources activities. The main function of HRM to recruit, manage, store the employee data and many more other functions. The paper discussed academic literature on human resource management and its historical development. Also, it provides  the factors which are affect to transition from personnel management to HRM.
