Abstract:
Teachers are the core human resources of preschool education development. The management of preschool teachers in China has unique characteristics. Based on the special organizational environment of kindergarten, this paper analyzed the past development experience by conducting literature method and questionnaire survey, and then revealed the shortcomings of the current kindergarten teacher management. From the perspective of organizational culture, we proposed the strategies of kindergarten teacher management from three aspects, namely, the improvement of welfare, the establishment of learning community and the construction of harmonious kindergarten culture, aiming to promote the construction of high-quality professional teachers and realize the sound development of preschool education.
