Abstract:

The economic growth of industrial enterprises in the current conditions of the world economy development is mainly ensured by a rationally selected methodology for managing human resources. Universal tools and technologies for managing human resources have not been developed. This problem in science has not received a holistic conceptual understanding and solution which largely hinders the development of the theory and practice of innovation management. The article highlights the key aspects of human resources management contributing to the typology and unification of management activities as well as the formation of a balanced management system for industrial enterprises innovative activities. The approach proposed by the authors makes it possible to objectively assess and substantiate the directions of personnel risks elimination as a key imperative to improve the efficiency of functioning and innovative growth of enterprises based on the use of modern methodological tools.
