Human Resources Management as a Potential Factor in the Relationship between Competitor Orientation and Managerial Effectiveness – Case Study on Al- Khartoum Bank

Abstract:

The purposes of this study is to investigate the correlation between Competitor orientation and effectiveness; the mediating effect of human resources, the data have been collected from 70 employees and manager of Al- Khartoum Bank. Questionnaire was used to collect the data; overall response rate was 81%. Many statistic tools have been utilized, reliability test, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis and hierarchical regression to the goodness of measures and interrelationships. The results showed that Competitor orientation significantly influenced the effectiveness, also human resources significantly influenced the effectiveness, alongside the significantly association between the Competitor orientation and effectiveness.
