Abstract:

The aim of this project is to plan the most interdisciplinary and intradisciplinary workshops for IBIMA participants, more and more becoming an ÉLITE looking for creativity and original approaches over the complexity of virtual organizations environment using CYBERSYN projects.
What is CYBERSYN? Cybersyn was a pioneering cybernetic initiative, the first in the world to address the information management for a state. It visualized the necessity to create a society in which the social cohesion was harnessed by the transparency and the free distribution of information and knowledge. It was a project directed in Chile by the English cybernetician Stafford Beer between 1971 and 1973 within the context of the Government of Salvador Allende. The programme consisted of the implementation of a dynamic system of real time transference of information between the social and production sectors of the state.
