Abstract:

"This paper aims to provide detailed information about information and communications technology (ICT) investment in Saudi Arabia. This paper also aims to provide background information about the nature of the IT investment might be seen as such a critical process for the well-being of the economy of the country. As an initial and important task for this paper, IT in Saudi Arabia has been reviewed in order to examine the current situation of IT usage, its development, and its perceived problems. In addition, Information systems development with relevant strategies and policies are discussed. In summary this paper aims to identify issues related to ICT, and its investment."
