Abstract:
A new super-complex technological order, which is taking shape at the beginning of the 21st century, requires its understanding from the standpoint of a human and society. The purpose of this understanding is to search for adequate ways of synergy between human and the new technological environment. It is absolutely necessary to create new tools for representing, monitoring and managing complex phenomena of the socio-technical sphere to explicating these processes. This topic continues to be developed by us through the constructivist development of the concept of the socio-technological landscape (STL), the construction of anthropological keys for its understanding and interpretation. Methods of synergetics, quantum theory and quantum-synergetic anthropology are used to search for tools and work with STL, to construct local landscapes for various taxons in a complex topology and to create anthropological keys to identify the basic characteristics of STL assessment.
