Abstract:

Universities are the main creators of knowledge and higher education sector has significant role in the intellectual capital creation, development and transfer. Identification and analysis of the intellectual capital components at universities are meaningful in order to develop and manage intellectual capital and define priorities and tasks.

Internal evaluation of intellectual capital as one of important instruments what gives opportunity to develop and manage intellectual capital at universities.
