Identification and Prioritization of Benefits from the Diversity Management in Organizations from the Visegrad Group Countries (V4) – Multi-Criteria Decision Making Approach

Abstract:

The article identifies and prioritizes benefits brought by diversity management to organizations. For this purpose, the GDM2-TOPSIS multi-criteria decision-making method has been utilized. The analysis is based on the results of a survey of 401 representatives of organizations located in V4 countries. The results of the analysis have indicated a relatively large diversification of opinions on the benefits of diversity management in organizations located in V4 countries.
