Abstract:

The article presents the results of research on key success factors in project management in the healthcare sector. The study employed participant observation and in-depth interviews in 15 different healthcare projects. The aim was to identify and analyze the key success factors, their understanding and perception by stakeholders, and the practical implications for healthcare project management. The literature review highlights the importance of project management in healthcare and the factors that contribute to success. The qualitative study utilized multiple case studies and data analysis techniques. Triangulation of methods was used to ensure the credibility and validity of the findings.
