An efficient and practical manager in the postcovid reality should have general personality competencies, which mainly include responsibility for decisions and actions and openness to communication. The ability to respond to changes in the environment. Awareness of the direction of the organization and the actions of the manager himself and his team. Consistency in action. Assertiveness and ability to work in a team. Openness to new experiences and readiness to make independent, and often bold and crucial, decisions for the organization. A modern manager operating in the postcovid economic reality, is a representative of a new system in the market economy, which should inspire and create new rules and solutions. He is required to actively participate in the joint implementation of the mission of the enterprise . A manager is a person responsible for directing all activities of the company aimed at achieving the set goals. However, the manager should put not only the development of the organization, but also his employees, who form the capital of the company. The qualities of a good manager are also related to his style of being and behaving towards the company and its employees. Based on knowledge and experience, as well as intuition, a manager should anticipate the consequences of his decisions and his actions. This ability results in faster development and improvement of all levels of the organization.
