Identification of Supply Chain Vulnerability Drivers through a Systematic Literature Review

Abstract:

Supply chain vulnerability is considered today as one of the most research domain related to the field of supply chain risk management. Different factors have been reveal that contribute to increasing the level of exposure and susceptibility to risks for supply chain network. In this context, it is crucial for supply chain business continuity that managers identify the vulnerability factors of their networks and to applied the appropriate actions. In this context, several research and practitioners frameworks confirm that supply chain practices are the main factors of supply chain vulnerability. Aiming to address this issue, the purpose of this article is to review the existing knowledge on supply chain vulnerability  and to present a model that help to identify and to understand the main causing factors of vulnerability within supply chain networks.
