Abstract:

The main aim of the paper is highlight the possibility of identification of the main actors of innovation performance evaluation process and the definition of their responsibilities. Within the organization of innovation performance can operate multiple actors involved fulfilling their specific tasks. For further identification of the responsibility have been created matrixes of responsibilities for the different phases of the evaluation process. The identification of the main actors and the definition of their responsibilities can significantly contribute to improving the realization of innovation performance evaluation process in Slovak businesses.
