Abstract:

The main aim of the paper is highlight the possibility of identification of the main actors of the innovation process and the definition of their responsibilities. Within the organization of innovative processes can operate multiple actors involved fulfilling their specific tasks. For further identification of their responsibilities have been created matrix of responsibilities for the different phases of the innovation process. The identification of the main actors and the definition of their responsibilities can significantly contribute to improving the management of innovation processes in Slovak businesses.
