Abstract:

The research paper deals with the perception of the people in UAE on the e-commerce purchasing process. However, the perception of consumers on e-commerce purchasing process used to differ from an individual to an individual to another individual due to several positive and negative aspects of e-commerce. It is clear from both primary and secondary data analysis process that the demand for online marketing activities is increasing significantly, but some individuals are concerned about the account hacking threats during online payment process.
