It focuses on faculty experiences, perceptions, and practices regarding AI use in teaching and learning. The findings indicate a positive correlation between AI utilization, faculty engagement, and productivity. AI tools streamline administrative tasks, allowing faculty more time for student interaction and innovative teaching methods. This study underscores the societal acceptance of AI in education and its potential to enhance teaching quality and faculty efficiency. It provides insights into the challenges and opportunities of AI integration in Saudi Private Universities and offers recommendations for policymakers, administrators, and faculty to navigate this transformation effectively.
