Abstract:
This paper presents the study on satisfaction in using social media among SRIKDU International School students. The main purpose of this study is to examine the international students’ satisfaction with social media based on five factors; interactivity with peers, interactivity with teachers, perceive ease of use and perceive usefulness through collaborative learning. The respondents were from randomly selected SRIKDU students where a total of 200 questionnaires have been distributed to them. Finding shows that hypotheses on the posited relationships via collaborative learning are being supported. Medium positive relationships are detected in the study which shown the perspective and contributes as knowledge on how social media can influence the students’ satisfaction in the academic per se. The present study provides both theoretical and practical contributions to understand the predictors of social media usage and should be of interest to both researcher and practitioners.
