Abstract:
Talent Management is a crucial part of Human Resource Management and is very income dependent. The goal of this article is to describe the impacts of the decisions made by the Czech National Bank (CNB) in November 2013 on the Talent Management. Based on the statistical data from the CNB, the change of the Czech koruna and Euro exchange rate and interest rates can have positive impact on the increasing salaries, bonuses and benefits given to top specialists in international companies that have headquarters in Euro paying countries. Further research on this topic will be done during the preparation of the dissertation thesis.
