Abstract:

Development has become an important determinant for companies, but also necessity. In order to be organization successful, there is necessary to pay attention to different elements and factors, which positively or negatively influence the conditions for success and subsequent development of organization. The paper is based on primary and secondary research. One of the objectives of the primary researches was to analyze and evaluate which factors have impact on the success of organizations in the years 2007 - 2010, and in the years 2008 – 2011.From the questionnaire surveys there were possible to point out areas that can have a high impact on the success of the organization.Analysis and classification of these factors are object of this paper. The aim of the paper is also to summarize basic relations among the factors, to deduce partial findings and to attempt on formulation of some recommendations for entrepreneurial subjects.
