Impact of Employees’ Creativity and Quality of Communication on the Innovative Potential of the Company

Abstract:

The article highlights the importance of creativity and communication in the process of creating innovative solutions. The notion of creativity and communication process as well as the main factors affecting them were discussed. Empirical studies conducted in the sector of small and medium enterprises were described and the necessity to continue research on the mentioned issues was indicated. The article ends with conclusions and recommendations regarding broadly understood management, including the management of innovative potential developed on the basis of literature review and conducted research.
