Abstract:
In a globalised world, managing diverse forms of diversity defines global businesses and enhances collaboration and performance. Although diversity strategies have been studied across psychology, management, and gender theory, an integrative synthesis remains lacking. This study systematically maps empirical evidence from 2014–2023, identifying theoretical convergences, methodological patterns, and inconsistencies to propose an integrative framework for future diversity research. The findings contribute to academic discourse and evidence-based management by illustrating how diversity can strategically foster inclusion, performance, and innovation, with implications for HRM policies and leadership development.
