Abstract:

This paper applies the pitch template developed by professor Faff (2015), for an accounting research proposal on financial instruments of European investment companies and the risk arising from those. The paper starts by explaining the importance of financial risk on companies’ performance, a short background of the need for research, followed by fulfilling the ‘research pitch’ template.
