Abstract:

The purpose of this paper is to examine the relationship between socioeconomic inequalities and social cohesion. The paper consists of three parts. The first part introduces the subject matter of social cohesion. The second part outlines different approaches to socioeconomic inequalities. The final part demonstrates how the two issues overlap and examines the relationship between socioeconomic inequalities and social cohesion. The paper is theoretical and is based on a critical literature review.
