Abstract:

With the development of modern technologies, knowledge management in organizations is also evolving. This paper aims to show the impact of technology on the knowledge management practices and techniques which are used by two entities. It answers the questions of how does technology affect the practices and techniques of knowledge management in two selected organizations and how do these organizations use technology in the context of knowledge management. The study was conducted in the form of a case study, using the technique of unstructured interview, documents research and participant observation. The article presents technologies used by the entities in the context of knowledge management and shows that technology strongly influences knowledge management practices and techniques of both organizations.
