Abstract:

This research aims to implement Social Networks in the Distribution and San Telmo Still, for the support of business and thus increasing the productivity and profitability of the dealership. Methodologically this study is framed in the form of feasible project. We studied the social networks and the types currently available in order to implement the best suited to the needs of the company. After studying accounts were created resulting in social networks as the ideal type of business. Finally we study the behavior of customers and sales in the first six months of operation because of social networks in the San Telmo Still Distribuidora and CA
