Implementation of Foreign Experience in Product Quality Management at Domestic Enterprises

Abstract:

The article aims at developing the guidelines targeted at the management process improvement. The necessary steps to this major objective are to reveal the  non-conformities and to develop corrective actions for quality enhancement. The quality-related dynamic changes of the goods were estimated with the help of the economic and statistical method. A set of basic criteria for a quality control system was formed by applying analysis and synthesis. The system was given a collective expert evaluation based on the Delphi method. The system introduction stages in the context of its life cycle were identified applying the Polli-Cook technique. These methods allowed to detect the key problem of the enterprise activity, which is revealing faulty goods at manufacture stage. It was offered to adhere to the international standard principles that the present system is based on. The expert assessment of the enterprise’s activity was carried out. The weight coefficients were calculated. The level of the experts' opinion coordination was established. The basic quality control system elements were estimated. The integral system's condition index was calculated. The implementation of the research results will provide a more effective quality management systems’ enhancement, allow to develop the measures on expenses cut by reduction of the relative weight of rejected goods, provide an opportunity to develop further and to search for the new quality improvement reserves, allow to define the main trend of enterprise's activity improvement by foreign experience introduction.
