Abstract:

The implementation of technological progress with the provision of cost optimization is possible solely through the introduction of lean manufacturing tools. As companies discover the potential benefits of Business Systems, they are increasingly trying to replicate them within their own production processes in a short time. However, the application of these methods is more complicated than it seems at first glance, and enterprises are struggling to achieve a steady substantial increase in efficiency, maintaining the achieved profit growth and consolidating the results. The conditions of the modern organization of labor in corporations dictate the possibility of introducing technological innovations only when using the tools of Business Systems. Whereas without them, implementation in practice is often a disordered and chaotic process. This is due to the fact that there is no general system of knowledge, methods and techniques, as well as a theoretical basis for the organization of lean manufacturing in the conditions of transformational changes brought about by the use of high technology provided with the appropriate means of labor in the company.
