Implementation of Common-use Electric Equipment in the Railway Environment

Abstract:

The article discusses problems that may occur during implementation of common-use devices in professional industrial environment based on the example of the railway environment. It discusses example problems associated with the process of implementation of common-use electric equipment in the dedicated railway environment. As an example, we use a public multimedia device on the basis of which a railway traffic control system was prepared. The article also discusses particular stages of adaptation of this system to the electromagnetic compatibility in the railway environment in the scope of measurements of emission of radiated interferences and resistance to radiated RF electromagnetic field.
