Abstract:

This paper offers a view on the way European Commission services operate in terms of Ethics programs. The article describes measures for the implementation of Ethics & Integrity policy at European Commission Human Resource units including European Agencies, working mostly with staff on temporary assignment. The aim of this article is to analyse measures to implement codes of ethics and to define possible arguments for new dynamic approaches at operational level of the EU staff.
