Abstract:

The paper presents arguments according to which the application of the FMEA method to an in-depth risk analysis for a selected workplace - a bottling line operator, allows to identify significant potential threats against which preventive measures should be introduced. These measures should not be limited only to the use of personal protective equipment, but also apply to technical and organizational solutions.

The performed occupational risk analysis allows for the introduction of solutions improving risk management in the examined enterprise, and the implementation of the suggested corrective actions will increase the safety level and awareness of operators.
