Implementation Of National Projects In Russia: Approaches, Organization, Management Control

Abstract:

The article investigates the problems of tools of management of socio-economic processes. In particular, attention is paid to international experience in this area. The preconditions, features, organizational and regulatory framework for the use of the project approach in the Russian economy in different time periods are outlined. The issues of implementation of state programs in Russia, the first and subsequent priority national, Federal and regional projects in various industries. Special attention is paid to their structure, including parameters, goals, targets, objectives and key activities. The article also emphasizes the importance of effective management control over the implementation of relevant projects, justified directions of optimal use of the experience and potential of enterprises with state participation in ensuring the successful implementation of national projects. It is emphasized that enterprises with state capital act as not only active participants, but also are designed to provide sectoral control over the achievement of intermediate results of the implementation of national and Federal projects.
