Abstract:

The case study presented in this article consists in a unique mobile app for Holmes and Rahe test and the results can be used for several researches’ studies for measuring the stress factors from the industrial environment to the psychological one. The survey can be performed and completed several times for the same user, and the data can be used for various reports. The application is composed of 43 questions and the data obtained through the application can be used in any field, such us studies in universities, psychology offices, recruitment companies, etc., that requires rapid detection regarding factors of stress. To design the application were used instruments like: HTML, Phone Gap, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, Adobe Photoshop, MYSQL and server web. The objective of  this study is to provide  respondents a quick way to answer questions without physical presence or to obtain preliminary data about a new participant.
