Abstract:
Throughout time, the man has maintained a close relationship with activities related to the commercialization of products, in the same way the exchange of goods and services is an important career ladder in today's life, where globalization plays a vital role in the development of a country . However, the accelerate consumption and current competition of products has increased the quality requirements that are required by a market to allow the entry of imports from a certain country. In this article, a review is made, in which the implications of foot-and-mouth disease on cattle exports are analyzed, with special emphasis on the department of Córdoba, without leaving behind the cases in which this disease has wreaked havoc on the economy of a country and international trade. In addition, the methods that are being used to counteract the income of the disease and the mitigation of the damage it causes in the different actors of the supply chain of this important product are exposed.
