Improvement of Statistical Indicators for Integrated Analysis of Meat and Dairy Production

Abstract:

In today's conditions of economic system transformation and complication of international relations system, the role of statistics is significantly changing. Requirements are strengthened to its reliability, evidentiary value and disclosure of analytical component. There is also an increased the demand and requirements for information from the population and business as well as adoption by state the digitalization strategy. All this leads to a release of Russian statistics from the established system in order to cope with higher expectations emerged. The work considers the official information base for the formation of system of indicators for meat and dairy industry, using of various statistical observation forms. Proposals are being made to improve the system of statistical indicators of meat and dairy production, taking into account current trends in the development of sectoral statistics, the needs of the agro-industrial complex and the position of the current food security strategy. The use of the statistical indicators extended system is oriented to the main requests of key users: business, society and the state.
