Improvement Of The Business Model Of Network Retail In Fmcg Sector

Abstract:

This article describes the major areas for improvement in the business models of network retail in the FMCG sector in the Russian Federation, as well as the factors impeding their optimization. The research revealed that this process can not be considered separately, without the optimization of IT-services, whereas the properly developed system of business processes becomes the main prerequisite for the effective use of IT-services for management purposes. As a result, the study offers a template for the business model of network retail in the FMCG sector, taking into account current trends towards digital transformation of retail trade.
