Abstract:
The article outlines the main issues of information and technical support of HR management system in the educational establishment, that its employees face every day. Recommendations for solving the established issues have been given and their basic advantages have been described. This study is aimed to improve information and technical support of HR management system in the educational establishment on the basis of improving “Electronic Education of the Republic of Tatarstan” system. The article uses such research methods as the use of messengers, social networks and unified corporate portal to improve effectiveness of the educational process in contemporary educational environment. As a result of the study, it has been established that “Electronic Education of the Republic of Tatarstan” project has its own specific feature, and implementation of CRM systems in educational establishments will allow using human resources in management system of educational establishments more widely and effectively. Due to the use of CRM systems, personnel could be managed with the help of messengers and social networks, avoiding any duplicate documentation, monitoring staff time and automating some work processes.
