Abstract:
In paper, we present results of improving technologies in geo-information and geo-ecological support for territory development within environmental economics while climate change. While studies, we used methods of data bases constructing within digital platforms, web-technologies and virtual reality tools. We make statement that territory development is to be carried out in the environmental economics paradigm as related set of large natural-industrial projects within common space area and time period. We present a block model that combines the investment objectives of such project set with cost of adequate geo-information and geo-ecological support, including natural risks management goals and tasks. We suggest to use geo-information distributed online platforms as the main technological tools in the tasks of geo-information and geo-ecological support while the development of territories. In study, we used platform https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Valery_Abramov2/ for data exchange and preliminary discussion.
