Improving the Efficiency of Social Policy at Enterprises as an Instrument of Personnel Incentive System

Abstract:

One of the ways of improving motivation at the enterprise is a social policy. The share of employee benefits and social services in total financial remuneration of employees at the enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan today reaches 20 to 40% depending on the specific financial situation and the personnel group. These payments share of the enterprise's expenses, and, of course, must be made with the greatest positive effect that requires consideration of various factors. The analysis of the distribution efficiency of various social benefits among employees of a number of major enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan is conducted in the article and specific recommendations aimed at improving the efficiency of formation and use of the social package are offered.
