Improving the Management of In-house Personnel Training by means of the Corporate Culture of the Enterprise

Abstract:

In-house training of personnel has long been a trend both at the level of corporations and state enterprises, and at the level of small and medium-sized business. The management of in-house personnel training is becoming one of the first places in terms of importance in the work of personnel management specialists. The means of corporate culture are actively used, involving personnel of various levels in the training process. Taking into account the means and peculiarities of the corporate culture makes it possible to make the personnel training process more effective and the return on training obvious. We analyze both foreign and domestic modern approaches to personnel training. Our main idea is that the effectiveness of in-house training largely depends on the generated incentives of the personnel themselves, their interest in training, which in turn is determined by the corporate culture of the organization.
