Increasing Motivation of the Human Resources in an Educational Organization

Abstract:

In school organizations, academia conducts activities oriented towards an efficient use of time and human resources, respectively, thus aiming to meet the educational objectives and satisfy the needs of their clients. Thanks to its structure, feelings, mindset, culture, motivation, desire and – above all – self-conscience and professional value, the academia represents the most valuable resource of the educational system, since it is able to hinder or advance the instructive and educational process. The nature of their profession makes academia live and act in a community, be part of certain groups to which feels more or less associated with, of work teams interacting with others – all these inhibit the organizational intervention programs aiming to improve the professional motivation. While understanding that the initiation and successful development of the activities in the school organizations depend to a great extent on how well the human factor is recognized, motivated and coordinated, the paper herein intends to have a scientific investigation on this human factor within an educational organization of high school level, so as to pinpoint the most appropriate modalities of its professional motivation.
