Abstract:
The present paper presents some aspects of the Romanian healthcare system. It emphasises the risky situation regarding the obsolete technological equipments, the number of hospitals and medical staff, offering an efficient solution for measuring and monitoring the technological and hospital conditions risk. The risk represent the effect of uncertainty, being the result of changing or the consequence of an action. The risk management is focused on risks with high probabilities of appearance and impact, in order to improve the decision making. A KRIs set is built in order to manage this type of risk. KRIs offers an early warning system for the future problems, represents the support of an efficient risk and an important part of the risk management.
