Abstract:

In article the mechanism of creation of industrial parks is considered and the analysis of their activity and also, owing to lack of uniform techniques of assessment of efficiency of their functioning and influence on economy of regions is carried out, it is offered to improve the system of monitoring of activity of industrial platforms on the basis of calculation of an integrated indicator – a taxonomical indicator of the level of development offered by Z. Helvig. own system of indicators considering the best world practice of monitoring of a condition of industrial parks which includes more than  5  indicators was developed for its calculation. The presented technique has universal character and can be applied to diagnostics of a condition of industrial parks of any territorial subject of the Russian Federation. The methodical approaches and practical recommendations presented in article are submitted on realization of capacity of industrial parks: increases in investment into objects of development of regional economy, application of modern technical developments, possibilities of the organization of clusters that will provide high competitiveness of regions.
