Abstract:

The goal of this article is to assess the modern Russian practice of university infiltration into the region’s business environment, to identify the results of international practices of university and business effective integration, and to substantiate the necessity of taking measures to ensure the development of the above-mentioned process in Russia.
Methods and approaches. To achieve the goal we used an interrelated combination of system approach, comparative and strategic analyses, organizational modelling, and applying of empirical and factual information interpretation.
