Abstract:

AI and E-banking is a fast-growing trend in the developing countries. It enables people to make banking services and transaction without the need to visit the bank. The purpose of this research study is to determine the influence of Artificial intelligence and E- banking on employee’s job security in Bahrain Banking sector. As well to find the influence of four AI applications on the employee’s job security (Internet banking services, Mobile Banking Services, Automated Teller Machine, Money electronic transfer). Thus, four research objectives and four research hypotheses were developed to analyze the influence of AI and E-banking on employee’s job security. The research methodology was quantitative, and data was collected through a survey. Then, responses were analyzed to find out the influence of Artificial intelligence and E- banking on employee’s job security in Bahrain Banking sector
