Influence of Communication among the Employees on Organizational Performance (through Job Performance) Moderated by Information Technology Reliability

Abstract:

The article concerns the influence of communication among employees (supported by systemic solutions within the organization) on organizational performance through job performance moderated by information technology (IT) reliability. The aim of this article is to prove that IT reliability increases the strength of communication influence on organizational performance through job performance. Hypotheses were verified on the sample of 657 organizations operating in Poland and Switzerland. SEM modeling was used in order to obtain mediated regression model with moderators.
