Influence of Mental Burden and Anxiety Experiencing on Personal Characteristics of Senior Executives in SME Sector

Abstract:

The paper presents a part of research aimed at personal traits of senior executives under mental stress during work-load in SME sector. Long-term psychological tensions, fears, anxiety and stress experiencing can be transformed into personality level i.e. anxiety. Long-lasting resistance to stress, personal abilities to handle it can complicate everyday performance mainly when it accelerates. Certain forms of psycho-hygiene, progressive habits of self-regulation provides the scope for relaxation, followed by subsequent delivery of  required workflow. The research focuses on the burden impact and consequences of measurable anxiety in productive aged people in executive positions, quantitatively were compared male and female probands and part of psycho-hygiene with regular recreational sport involvement. The results show differences in experiencing anxiety of males compared with females in similar work positions.
