Abstract:

Nowadays, companies must realize the duty of satisfying their internal customers-employees. One way to solve this need is an internal marketing communication. The philosophy of internal marketing communication is not only to promote the company’s product to employees but also to motivate and inform them. Internal marketing communication helps employees to understand the company’s goals and shared values, but also it helps them to feel like an important part of the company. Managers must realize that if employees are satisfied, they will do their work at a high level and it will satisfy customers’ needs.
