Influence of Work-related Stress on Job Performance & Employee Well-being

Abstract:

The aim of the present study is to measure the influence of work-related stress on job performance and employee well-being. Purposive sampling technique was used for the present study. The sample size consisted of 60 subjects; the job role of the subjects was “Business Analysts” & “Testers & Developers”. Prior consent was taken from the working professionals to conduct the assessments. The present all the four hypothesis is being proven indicating that there exists a relation among work stress with job performance & work stress with employee well-being.
